Adding a user

Supplyit Account Users and Account Administrators can add new users from the Account Console > Users page.  Once the user is activated you'll need to add locations they will have  to access.


Navigation

Account Console > Users> Edit

 

Adding/Editing User:

  1. Enter Full Name

  2. Assign User type 

  3. Select User Status (only active users are allowed access)

  4. Username e.g. john.smith@gmail.com or jsmith

  5. Enter and Confirm Password 

    1. 10 character limit

    2. Combination of letters, numbers and symbols (limited to 50 characters)

    3. Case sensitive

Save Changes


Best Practices:

  • Users should be inactivated when they are no longer employed or part of your network
  • Passwords should be reset when managers change
