Supplyit users who know what their current password is can change it to something new. If you forgot your password and need it reset, you will need to contact a user from your company that has a higher permission level than you (district manager, office personnel at your supplier, upper management employees within your company) or Supplyit support.
Before getting started
Changing your password
Click your username that is displayed on the top right-hand side of the screen
Choose Profile from the drop-down menu
Under Current Password, enter your current password
Under New Password, enter the new password you would like and confirm your new password by entering it again under Confirm Password
Click the Save Changes button
All passwords are case-sensitive. They must be between 6 and 50 characters in length and contain a combination of letters and numbers/symbols.
