Tracking Down a Late or Missing Delivery


If your delivery has not arrived, you will need to contact your supplier. Some kitchens post a message on Supplyit's home page with specific contact information for delivery issues. If your supplier hasn't posted a message with any contact information, then you can also find contact information in the directory in Supplyit and on the top left corner of the delivery ticket that comes with your order.


Before getting started

  • Users who have access to multiple locations should click Relocate on the top right side of the screen and choose the location with the delivery issue.


Finding information posted by your supplier

  1. On the top right side of the screen, click Home
  2. Scroll down and look through the posted messages for any contact information specific to deliveries or for your supplier


Finding contact information in the directory

  1. On the top right side of the screen, click Home
  2. Click the Directory tab
