If you have support articles or training videos specifically created for your enterprise, this article will show you how to access them.
Before getting started
- Confirm with Supplyit support that you have Enterprise specific articles or videos and that your email address is in Supplyit and helpdesk
Logging into the support site to view articles and videos
- Log in to Supplyit
- Click the Support button in the top right hand corner of Supplyit
- Click the Login button in the top right hand corner of Supplyit's helpdesk site
Accessing your enterprise
- Scroll down or search Enterprise. You'll see 2 folders: Accessing Enterprise Articles and your Company Name
- Select your Company Name folder to see your company specific articles and videos
