Using Support Services


Customer support is available for every Supplyit user and handled entirely in-house. When you reach out, you can be sure that you will contact a real person who specializes in helping clients with Supplyit. Live customer support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. In this article, you will learn how to contact our Support Department.

Email

Please send a message to help@jeraconcepts.com that includes your company name, location name, and your question.


Live chat

Please log into Supplyit and click the chat widget in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. A chat window will open. Type your question and hit enter to submit your question to one of our support specialists.


Note: If this is the first chat on your computer, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, and phone number. Then click ‘Start Chat’ to be able to type your question.


Support ticket

Please go to the Supplyit login page and click ‘Support’ in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You will be relocated to Supplyit’s support page. To submit a support ticket: 

  1. Click the SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET button

  2. Enter your contact information, including your email and phone number

  3. Select what you would like to do from the drop-down menu

  4. Complete the new fields that appear when you choose what you would like to do

  5. Check the ReCAPTCHA box

  6. Click Submit

Supplyit’s Knowledge Base is on the Support page, which you can find by clicking ‘Support’ in the top right-hand corner of the Supplyit screen.
