Overview
A user with a higher level of permission than another user and access to the same locations can reset a password if it's forgotten or compromised. The people with higher access levels would typically be district managers, office personnel at your supplier, and upper management employees within your company.
Navigation
From the account console
- Users
- Locate the user in the list
- Edit
- Click Change Password
- Enter and Confirm Password
Save Changes
Note: A password should contain a mix of numbers, letters and symbols. Passwords are case-sensitive.
