Support Policies
Technical phone support on how to use or configure Supplyit is provided to all premium location users. Additional support is provided to all users via our support site ticketing, published articles and chat features. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00 PM ET. Chat provides real time support when agents are online. Weekend and after hours support is provided to address emergency requests. Ticket submissions are monitored and responded to within 2 business days for non-critical issues.

Managed Services
Jera's support department provides additional support services that are not included in Jera's standard support policy. Services that fall into this category are services that an account can perform on their own, but request to have Jera's account management team do for them. In addition large additions to the product catalog and/or locations to an account carry a fee. 
Additional services are always quoted and require customer approval prior to any work being performed.
