Support Policies
Technical phone support on how to use or configure Supplyit is provided to all premium location users. Additional support is provided to all users via our support site ticketing, published articles and chat features. Phone support is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET. Chat provides real time support during normal business hours. 

Managed Services
Jera's support department provides additional support services that are not included in Jera's standard support policy. Services that fall into this category are services that an account can perform on their own, but request to have Jera's account management team do for them. 
Additional services are always quoted and require customer approval prior to any work being performed.
